How far in advance should I book? →
We recommend at least 2 weeks in advance for smaller events, and 4–6 weeks for large festivals or weddings. However, we do take last-minute bookings subject to availability.
How many guests can you serve? →
We can comfortably handle anywhere from 30 guests to 1,000+ depending on setup configuration. We'll recommend the right package based on your guest count.
Do you provide the equipment and staff? →
Yes — 100%. We bring the machine, grinder, syrups, cups, branded setup and all the baristas. You don't need to provide anything.
Can you do non-coffee options? →
Absolutely. We offer craft mocktails, passion fruit coolers, fresh lemonades, and custom non-caffeinated drinks. Just let us know your needs.
Do you travel outside Nairobi? →
Yes! We have served events in Mombasa, Kisumu, Machakos and beyond. Travel costs are factored into the quote based on distance.
What's included in the price? →
Your quote includes: full setup & teardown, all equipment, branded station, Kenyan specialty beans, trained baristas, disposable cups + lids, and an agreed number of servings.
